چکیده

We investigate the impact of bacterial (Chlamydia trachomatis, Ureaplasma urealyticum/parvum, Mycomplasma hominis/genitalium, Gardnerella vaginalis) and viral (HSV1/2, EBV, CMV, VZV, HHV6/HHV7, HHV8) pathogens, as a potential cause reproductive failure in women by analysis menstrual blood. analyzed DNA extracted from 48 probands selected on basis history infertility. extraction, Real-time qPCR, gel electrophoresis were applied.
In 64.6% all tested blood samples infertile and/or pathogens detected. 41.4% we found bacterial, while 37.5% pathogens. parvum vaginalis detected 58.3% 54.2%, respectively, positive for samples. HHV7 HHV6 38.9%, 55.6%, and, 11.1% Bacterial co-infection was 22.6% patients.
Chlamydia urealyticum, HSV1, HSV2, VZV HHV8 not samples.
Our study offers new approach diagnostics infections upper female genital tract The opportunity to detect asymptomatic endometrium contributes reveal sterility. work clarify infectious etiology which is great importance individualized therapy.

Viral and Bacterial Pathogens in Bovine Respiratory Disease in Finland

Pathogens causing bovine respiratory tract disease in Finland were investigated. Eighteen cattle herds with bovine respiratory disease were included. Five diseased calves from each farm were chosen for closer examination and tracheobronchial lavage. Blood samples were taken from the calves at the time of the investigation and from 86 calves 3-4 weeks later. In addition, 6-10 blood samples from ...

microbial pathogens implicated in reproductive health infections in a special treatment clinic in ibadan, nigeria

objective: the lack of adequate recognition of health importance of non-hiv reproductive health infections (rhis) in nigeria has led into this study, which was to determine clinical pathogens in non-hiv rhi in nigeria using a tertiary health facility as case study. materials and methods: a nine-year investigation was carried out between 1997 and 2005 on 4047 (n = 1626 males; n = 2421 females) p...

Evaluation of The Effects of Allium Jesdianum Bacterial Endophytes on Some Bacterial and Fungal Pathogens

Background and Objective: The endophytes are the fungi or bacteria that live within a plant in a symbiotic relationship. This study aimed to investigate the effect of isolated bacterial endophytes from Allium jesdianum on some bacterial pathogens such as Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli as well as pathogenic fungi, including Trichophyton mentagrophytes and Candida albicans. Materials an...

Viral and bacterial pathogens at the maternal-fetal interface.

We studied the incidence of pathogenic bacteria and concurrent infections with human cytomegalovirus (CMV) and herpes simplex virus (HSV) type 1 and 2 in biopsy samples from the placenta and decidua of women with healthy pregnancies. By polymerase chain reaction analysis, we found that 38% of placental samples were positive for selected bacteria and viruses. CMV, HSV-1, and HSV-2 were detected ...

Modulation of inflammasome pathways by bacterial and viral pathogens.

Inflammasomes are emerging as key regulators of the host response against microbial pathogens. These cytosolic multiprotein complexes recruit and activate the cysteine protease caspase-1 when microbes invade sterile tissues or elicit cellular damage. Inflammasome-activated caspase-1 induces inflammation by cleaving the proinflammatory cytokines IL-1β and IL-18 into their biologically active for...
